CURADURÍA DANZA Y CULTURA DIGITAL
El Centro de Cultura Digital es un espacio físico y virtual que se dirige a los jóvenes y se dedica a investigar las implicaciones culturales, sociales y económicas del uso cotidiano de la tecnología digital. El CCD busca que las actividades que conforman su programa sean breves puntuales y tomen en cuenta las necesidades específicas de cada comunidad con la que se trabaja e impulsen la inclusión de grupos que se encuentren rezagados en la adopción de nuevas tecnologías; de igual manera investiga las implicaciones culturales, sociales y económicas del uso cotidiano de la tecnología digital. Promueve la conciencia de lo que significa vivir en un mundo donde somos simultáneamente “usuarios” y “creadores” de cultura digital.
En este sentido, la línea curatorial partió de una reflexión sobre ¿Cómo concebimos el cuerpo social-artístico, a partir de la influencia de la cultura digital? ¿Qué procesos de pensamiento en la creación escénica se suscitan a partir de la permeabilidad con la tecnología digital? ¿Qué otras posibles formas de colaboración existen, se provocan? El rol del artista, su concepción, cambia a partir de la democratización del acceso a la información, y al hacer, cómo ejerce ahora su papel? Estas fueron las líneas conductoras generales para proponer la programación de talleres en este centro.

CURATORSHIP DANCE AND DIGITAL CULTURE
The Digital Culture Centre is a physical and virtual space that targets young people and is dedicated to researching the cultural, social and economic implications of the everyday use of digital technology. The CCD seeks that the activities conforming its program are timely brief and take into account the specific needs of each community in which we work and promote the inclusion of groups that are behind in adopting new technologies, likewise investigates cultural, social and economic implications of the everyday use of digital technology. Promotes awareness of what it means to live in a world where we are simultaneously “User” and “creators” of digital culture.
In this sense, the curatorial line started from a reflection on How to conceive the social and artistic body, from the influence of digital culture? What thinking processes in the performing arts arise from permeability with digital technology? What other possible forms of collaboration exist, are provoked? The role of the artist, its conception, changes from the democratization of access to information, so in this “doing” how does he exercise its role now? These were the general conductive lines to propose a program of workshops at this Center.
