WHILE GOING TO A CONDITION // ADAPTING DISTORSION 

Hiroaki Umeda, es quizá uno de los artistas que más han logrado cohesionar una investigación entre el cuerpo, el entorno digital y el sonido para hacer que el público, lejos de observar una experiencia, viva en carne propia el espacio en toda su dimensionalidad y las múltiples sensorialidades que habitan el cuerpo. De ahí el delicado trabajo de Humeda en la creación de poderosos estímulos visuales, sonoros y corporales. Desde la danza, Umeda logra actualizar constantemente los vínculos  y reflexiones entorno a nuestra forma de movernos, arrojando pistas de futuros cercanos y lejanos.

Gracias a la colaboración con el Centro Multimedia del Centro Nacional de las Artes, Hiroaki se presentó por primera vez  en el Teatro de las Artes de  la CDMX en abril de 2015.

Hiroaki Umeda, is perhaps one of the artists who have most managed to unite research between the body, the digital environment and sound to make the public, far from observing an experience, live in their own flesh the space in all its dimensionality and multiple sensorialities that inhabit the body. Hence the delicate work of Humeda in the creation of powerful visual, sound and bodily stimuli. From the dance, Umeda manages to constantly update the links and reflections around our way of moving, throwing clues of near and distant futures.

Thanks to the collaboration with the Multimedia Center of the National Center for the Arts, Hiroaki was presented for the first time at the Theater of Arts of the CDMX in April 2015.
